Westlock Minor Hockey 2025/2026 Registration is NOW OPEN!
Whether you’re a returning player or just lacing up for the first time, we’re excited to welcome everyone back to the ice for another great season!
GOOD NEWS: Registration fees are unchanged this year!
A Few Important Details:
1. Registration Process
• Returning players: Log in to your existing RAMP account using the link below.
• New players: Please create a new RAMP account to register.
2. Respect in Sport - Parent Course
This course is mandatory for at least one parent/guardian before players can be placed on a team. It can be found on the Hockey Alberta website.
3. Socks & Jerseys
• U9 and up: WMHA will provide game socks - you’ll select your size during registration.
See sizing chart:
• U7 (Timbit program): Players will receive Timbit jerseys and socks for the season.
4. Name Bars
Name bars are mandatory (U9 and up) this year for all players for both home and away jerseys. You will be in charge of sewing them on in a manner that will not ruin the jerseys.

$8 each (2 total) — added directly to your registration fees.
5. Conditioning Camp / Tryout Fee (U9 and Up)
A non-refundable $100 placeholder fee is due at registration for U9 and older.
This covers participation in conditioning camps and tryouts.
6. Fundraising Options (Choose One Per Family):
A. $200 Fundraising Fee(per family, if you have multiple kids registered you only pay this fee for one)
- Includes 4 tickets to the WDMHA Winter Gala & Dueling Pianos Night (Nov. 22).
- Sell your tickets if you’re unable to attend.
- Each family is also responsible for a $50 silent auction item donation to the gala
OR
B. $550 Fundraising Opt-Out Fee
- For families unable to volunteer.
Choose your option during registration.
7. Fundraising/Jersey Deposit
A $300 fundraising post-dated deposit and $150 post-dated jersey deposit cheque will be collected at the start of the season.
This will only be cashed if fundraising/volunteer requirements are not met.

9. Registration Deadline: July 31st
After this date:
- A $200 late fee applies to returning players.
- Late registrants will be placed on a waitlist.
Register early - it really helps the association plan!
