WDMHA 2024/25 EXECUTIVE NOMINATIONS - DUE BY April 19, 2024 (6:00 PM)


Positions that need to be fulfilled for the 2024-25 Season as of March 14, 2024:


President (2 year term)

Treasurer (2 year term)

Fundraiser Director (1 year term)

League Representative (1 year term)

Game and Conduct Director (1 year term)

Ice Scheduler (1 year term)

Equipment Director (1 year term)

Referee-in-Chief (1 year term)

New this Year:

*Communication Director (social media/website etc) (1 year term)





Please submit nominations to  westlockmhavp@gmail.com  for the above positions. A description of the roles and responsibilities of each position is listed in WDMHA bylaws (available on website).   


Nominations MUST be received by April 19 at 6:00.


IF there are multiple nominations for positions, we will hold a vote at our AGM on April 23, 2024. If there is only one nomination per position those individuals will assume the role they were nominated into.
