Hockey Alberta, in conjunction with its Leagues that overseas Tiered Hockey, has concluded regular league play for the remainder of the 2020-2021 season. This decision was confirmed on Tuesday afternoon.
WDMHA 2020-2021 Season has also concluded. We know it's not a surprise to most of you, but we were hoping to end the season with practices if regulations permitted. Linaria was our option and we wanted to provide some sort of normalcy for the players.
We are reviewing the refund procedure and do not have a time frame for the refunds. We will be working to get them out as soon as possible. Please be patient with us as we are trying to figure this out. Our Equipment Manager Janice Lucas will be contacting your team managers to make arrangements for the return of jerseys.
WDMHA wants to thank all our third year Westlock/Sturgeon players for being part of the Warriors family. We know this year has been difficult for all of us but we hope you continue to play or coach in the near future. If you want to help coach WDMHA would be happy to have you.
Thank you to all the parents for letting your child participate in this development season. We wish for the players it would have turned out differently and hope to see everyone in the 2021-2022 season.
