WDMHA EXECUTIVE NOMINATIONS - DUE BY April 18, 2021 (6:00 PM)

 

Positions that need to be fulfilled for the 2021-22 Season:

 

Vice President (2 year term)

Registrar (2 year term)

Secretary (2 year term)

Referee-in-Chief (1 year term)

League Representative (1 year term)

Game and Conduct Director (1 year term)

Ice Scheduler (1 year term)

Equipment Director (1 year term)

Fundraiser Director (1 year term)

 

NOMINATION FORM

 

Please submit nominations to westlockmhapresident@gmail.com for the above positions. A description of the roles and responsibilities of each position is listed in WDMHA bylaws (available on website).

 

Nominations MUST be received by April 18 at 6:00.

 

IF there are multiple nominations for positions, we will hold a virtual voting at our online AGM on April 21, 2021. If there is only one nomination per position those individuals will assume the role they were voted into.
